Default BARK Family Picnic

Ok well, I don't have as many pics as I had promised. Trevor wasn't able to make it so I was finding it a little difficult to juggle my camera and my crazy dogs. So, here are the ones I got and hopefully others can add a few more.

Here is an over exposed pic of Philly but I still thought it was cute anyway.

One of Skadi laying in the shade. It was surprisingly hot out today.

This is Brina during the Musical Dogs competition

And another of Brina. I think she is actually smiling in this picture.

And another of Brina doing a perfect Sit Stay.

One of the black Danes. And the smallest was that little black and white Chi.

Brina won the Best Recall one and Spencer won the Best Tail Wagger.

Not sure how the did the judging for the most colorful because a Burmese won it which was the same 3 colors as Spencer, Sydney and Philly. I think they all should have tied.

LOL Melinda, it really was an awesome day!! I am up for it again next weekend, just say when and where. LOL

We really do have an awesome group on here. I do have a few pics of you but knew that I would likely be sent to the corner had I posted them. LOL Not that they are bad pics at all, don't get me wrong. You just seem like the type who doesn't like having their picture taken.

Aside from Spencer freaking out at EVERY dog he saw, they day was perfect. At least now Melinda knows I am not jokong when I talk about Spencer's attitude.

BTW, more than once today, I was standing there, Spencer was barking and everyone was looking and laughing at us. It's bad but I was happy to see some other dogs getting into some tiffs. LOL

Nope, EVERYONE knew where we were the whole time. You have to admit it's hard not to laugh sometimes though.

I didn't really think anything of spenser barking at all!! I just think he was just being a beagle and letting us know there were dogs there.
Don't feel bad about his barking, at least you didn't have ones that hated your dog and try to attack her.

Frig by the three hour mark, Skadi had, had enough and got very cranky and went from wanting to see and play with every dog to wanted to be left alone!!!

Oh and I think she "touched" brina on purpose!! She has never layed both her paws across the legs of another dog before. See I told you she was a brat!!!!

Skadi fell in LOVE with an 18 month old Akita. They were sitting face to face smelling and licking each other when she took her paw and tapped him on the face, very cute and then she rolled onto her back trying to convience him to wrestle. LOL

Philly and her did their usuall WWF inpersonation. LOL
