My name is Kita
Hi everyone, my name is Nikita, mum calls me Kita and Gramps calls me Nikki. Actually come to think of it, everyone seems to have their own thoughts of what my name should be.
I am 4 and a half years old and have lived with my family the entire time. Mum had me since I was a pup, I gave her a hard time with peeing in the house. Oh it was funny to watch her half asleep mopping the floor up in the morning, but there came a point where I just felt sorry for her, so I decided that it was time to pee outside like Meiko did. Meiko is my best buddy ever, we even had a "fling" when I was a teenager. Mom FREAKED out and sent me for surgery 2 weeks later, Im not sure what they did, but I have vowed never to do "that" again. I didnt like surgery.  Funny thing though, since my operation I have never had the "urge" to do such a thing again.  That was 3 years ago though, and I have since moved on.Mum takes me where ever she possibly can, I am her pampered Princess as she so bluntly admits, it pays to be the only gurl in the house with her ( well my feline friend Mia is a gurl too, but she too is quite pampered just in a different way) I love camping with my family, and fishing is my favorite. I just love when they put those funny creatures in the boat... sometimes they let them go again, which ticks me off, I tried to get it back once, its a good thing I learnt how to swim early in life. I share my home with many other animals, some stay for a long time, others just pass on through, I dont understand what is happening, but Im always a little on edge when someone leaves... I think I may be next sometimes. Deep down though, I know mum would never leave me. Mondays - Thursday I sleep with mum on the bed... but come friday, the "bad man" comes home and there is no room. He tries to get me to go up on the bed, but I choose the couch instead. I know mum is kept company when he is home so I can take some time off. I get to go on many trips to play with different dogs, I just love new dogs but I learnt my lesson once... not all dogs love me as much. Its an embarassing story involving a "killer Shih Tzu" and laugh if you will, but she really was a killer. She did NOT want to be my friend. This really hurt my self esteem and confidence so mum baught me a "tough dog" chain collar to boost my morale. I was so proud to wear my bling. Now that I have recovered from the deep emotional scars of that horrible ice fishing day I dont wear my bling as often, it scares people too much.  Well thats all I have to say for now, here are some pictures of me. Here I am teaching my new Pitbull like friend how to swim at camp. She was really nice.  Me and my real sister, I get to visit her alot. I am wearing the purple collar  Look at me smile... I love swimming  Here I am telling mum that this is where she should make her icefishing hole. I know there are fish right here.

"Pit Bull like friend"
 I love it! I say that too when a dog is mixed but not 100% APBT, Am Staff or SBT because I hate calling every dog with that look a "Pit Bull". You're bios are adorable... and Kita is gorgeous!
