Unhappy Introduction

I apologise for not introducint myself earlier. My wife
and I are animal lovers we lost our Maltese l months ago and recently
purchased a new one from a local pet shop.

Our previous Matlese died after 15 1/2 years with us. He was well cared
for and a world traveler. We had missed the "little guy" immensely so
we walked into this pet shop and saw this puppy.

We bought him and the rest is explained in my first post.

Any help or advise would be greatly appreciated as we want to give
this puppy a fighting chance.

Welcome to the forums Howier. I'm sorry you had to find us under such poor circumstances.

I know I stated a lot in the email you sent me about your puppy- however, I will probably repost some of it for other members to view as well. So please don't mind me being a broken record.

Welcome, to you, your wife and your new little one, howier!
I am so sorry for your loss. But it is wonderful that you've opened your heart to a new companion.
