My sister and I just got to talking. With Maximus' mother being put up for adoption... and all the cruel things that go on in the world. It's so depressing.

I just wanted to share some of our thoughts... as I can't sleep over this right now.

My sister said:

"Like if i tell u i am marrying a doctor what do u say? CONGRATULATIONS! Because society tells you that is right.. but instead you should ask do you love each other? do you feel safe with him? does he make your heart skip a beat? Society just says 'oh a doctor wow... now you can buy a mercedes and a house in the country'... we have a horrible value system"

It's true... very sad but true...

"Life is sooo much deeper.. and sometimes i wish i can be blind and live my life with my eyes closed but i am smarter.. i see and know about global warming and am aware of so many issues. and some people go through life and dont even notice they just care about THEIR LIFE"

"rescuers live paycheck to paycheck... or no paycheck. Meanwhile doctors who work for WAY more than they are worth- many for the money alone... are looked as the higher class... I respect the rescue worker- THAT is saving lives"

Sometimes I think... is it better to be ignorant? Is the phrase "Ignorance is bliss" REALLY so true? I guess so... and I think we've all taken the red pill. At SOME point in life we decided to open our eyes and see the truth and that's why we ended up here today... nobody gave us an option to take the "Red or Blue" pill but our hearts told us not to turn away from the truth... our hearts told us that taking the blue pill and living inside the Matrix wasn't right for us. So in a way... we are freedom fighters, lol.

Rosa Parks, Martin Luther King Jr., Abraham Lincoln ... pure examples of "the one" ... I guess every generation, every supressed being gets it's "one". I just hope I get to see it in my lifetime.
