I Heart Paws March 2007 POM- Bigcat80's Zoe
Hello and doggy kisses to everyone! My name is Zoe and I am an Norwegian Elkhound/ Chow Chow mix. I am almost three years old and I can hardly wait for my next birthday party. I was born on July 1st 2004 and on my first birthday boy was there a party. Picnic and fireworks, mom says that the fireworks aren't for me.....says its someone named Canada's birthday. I've never met this Canada fellow but I think they would be happy to share their birthday fireworks with me.
I will tell you a bit about myself. My brother and sisters where all bigger than me, I was the little runt of the litter and I was the only one who had a black mask. I sure did act cute when my mom came to see me. It didn't take long with my little puppy eyes to make her pick me. She brought me home were I met my family, both two and four legged. I was so excited, I had never seen a cat before!!! I sure wasn't lonely my first night in my new home....those cats kept me up all night long. Now Mom says I have grown into a beautiful 50 pound girl.
I had to go to puppy school. Not that I was a bad girl, I just didn't like to listen very well. How can you be expected to listen when there are so many things going on? My mom was so nervous when I was in school, I didn't listen to her or the teacher. Again, how can you listen when there are other pups to play with? For six weeks I went and then mom said I had a big test so we where going to study and listen real hard. On the day of the big test I tried my best, I listened to every word Mom said. Oh she was so proud of me and I won two ribbons. One was for second place and the other one was for Most Improved Dog. I ate that one on the way home and my Mom could not stop laughing.
I love turkey, I once stole a whole one out of the sink and tried to hide it to eat later but I got caught. I love my stuffie toys, my best one is my duck that I take everywhere. I love to walk and take bike rides with my dad, he says it is the easy way to get my excersice and laughs at Mom for doing it the "hard" way. I love truck rides with my head hanging out the window and my fur blowing in my dad's face. I love my Mom and Dad, they spoil me rotten and take good care of me.
Thankyou for taking some time and getting to know me. Now I have to go.......it's suppertime and Mom is making spagetti so I have to run and hide, those noodles are just so scary. Bye for now.......more doggy kisses!
