Woof Woof …. Woof!!!

Hey! Look over here! Not that way silly... Look down! Way down! There we go, now you can see me!! It is my pleasure to introduce myself; my name is Nitro and it’s very exciting to meet you. Really, it’s so exhilarating that my tail is about to knock people over! My tail is wagging so hard! Oops, sorry, didn’t mean to jump up on you! It’s just so great to meet you!

Here, let me sit and shake hands with you. It’s my pleasure to tell you a bit about myself! I am a two and a half year old Foxhound, they say straight from Kingston! I am tri-colour with lots of spots and eyes that pierce your soul, most people can’t say no to me. My mom adopted me out of Kingston, as my last family could no longer take care of me. I came home August 8/2007, it’s almost a year with my new mom and life couldn’t be better!

I am a good dog, or I would like to think so! I listen, when there are no small animals that need chasing. I sit, when there are no dogs around to bark at of course! I can lay down, when there isn’t anyone to smother with kisses! And I come when I am called, but only after the 10th time they ask, OK, maybe 11! I love swimming, but I have to stay on my 30ft leash when I want to run and play, I am not first-class when it comes to staying close; but who could fault me? There is SO much to see and do!

For fun times, we go to the dog park, we can only go where it’s fenced, otherwise my nose takes me too far and I don’t listen when she calls. We play fetch for hours, it’s my favorite game! I have lots of friends now too! Spencer, Sydney, Philly and Boomer are my bestest friends! I am a tennis ball MANIAC!! I love my tennis.. I have 10.. 12.. so many! I have a problem sharing my tennis... but we are working on that. My mom and I just finished Agility Training, and we are starting Flyball too!!

So that’s enough about me! I am a crazy, happy go lucky boy and I’m honored you voted me Pet of the Month!! HIGH FIVE!!!!!!!!!!
